Wellesley got themselves on the board against Brookline on Wednesday, but Brookline never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 6-0 margin over the Warriors. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by six runs or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Wellesley and bumps their season record up to 11-5. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Brookline, they moved to 10-8 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coming up, Wellesley will be playing at home against Grafton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Brookline, they are taking a road trip to challenge Newton North at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
