Volleyball Recap: Enfield Snaps Seven-Game Streak of Losses at Home

Enfield won the last time they faced East Catholic and Sam Hart did her part to make sure it happened again. Enfield blew past East Catholic 3-0 on Friday for which the team can thank Hart, who had 15 digs and one assist. She has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

Enfield was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-12, 25-17.

Enfield's victory ended a seven-match drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-8. As for East Catholic, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Enfield is set to take on their familiar foe Tolland at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, East Catholic will face off against rival East Hartford at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
