JAG came tearing into Friday's matchup with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Central of Coosa County Cougars by a score of 11-7.

Laking Anderson made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because JAG is undefeated when he allows at most one earned run, but 4-5 otherwise. Anderson was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs and stealing five bases while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.
