Prairie were the big favorite in their most recent match, and for good reason. They put the hurt on Dubuque Senior with a sharp 42-20 win. The success made it back-to-back wins for Prairie. The matchup pushed Dubuque Senior down to 1-4 and pulled Prairie up to the reverse at 4-1.
Next week Prairie take on Hempstead at 7:15 PM. Hempstead took a loss in their last match and are no doubt out to reverse Prairie's good fortune. Dubuque Senior will be staying on the road, facing off against Waterloo West. Given that they both suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend.
