The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial in their matchups with Shishmaref: they've now lost three in a row.
Shishmaref found their leader in underclassman Fred Olanna, who scored 24 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Olanna has scored all season. Colton Hadley was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Shishmaref, they pushed their record up to 3-4 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
Hogarth Kingeekuk Sr. Memorial does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Shishmaref and Anthony Andrews will face off at 4:20 p.m. on January 25th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
