It was a good run, but South Gallia unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Wednesday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Warren Warriors an easy 41-20 win. The game marked the Rebels' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Sarah Pettey was the offensive standout of the contest as she posted ten points along with six rebounds and four steals. She is trending in the right direction considering she's improved her point production for three straight games. Mackenzie James-McGuire was another key player, putting up 14 points and six rebounds.

South Gallia's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Warren, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.

South Gallia will head out to square off against Meigs at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. South Gallia is facing Meigs at the right time seeing as Meigs is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Warren, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 68-35 loss against Federal Hocking on the 20th.
