The Minuteman Regional Minuteman's's game last Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They enjoyed a cozy 64-50 win over Northeast Metro RVT. For Minuteman Regional, this counts as revenge for the 76-53 defeat Northeast Metro RVT walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January.
When it comes to explaining why Northeast Metro RVT lost, one person who can't be blamed is Jayden Outlaw. Despite the final result, he scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Outlaw has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Richard Cardoso, who scored eight points.
Minuteman Regional now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Northeast Metro RVT, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Minuteman Regional will challenge Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Northeast Metro RVT, they will head out on the road to face off against Academy of Notre Dame at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
