After flying high against the Concord Raiders last Thursday, the Conrad Science Red Wolves came back down to earth. Conrad Science took a hard 61-46 fall against St. Georges Tech on Tuesday.
St. Georges Tech's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Blair Thomas led the charge by scoring 11 points along with four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jonathan Hardy, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds.
Conrad Science has fallen quite a ways from their 13-5 record last season and are now at 1-2. As for St. Georges Tech, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Conrad Science will be playing in front of their home fans against Mount Pleasant at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Georges Tech, they will head out on the road to face off against Delcastle Technical at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
