The Ashwaubenon Jaguars will head out on the road to  square off against  the Green Bay Southwest Fighting Trojans at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. Ashwaubenon is no doubt hoping to put an end to  a three-game streak of away losses.
 On Friday,  everything went Ashwaubenon's way against Green Bay Preble as Ashwaubenon made off with  a  9-2 victory. That looming  9-2 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Ashwaubenon yet this  season.
  Cody Monfils made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching two innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. Monfils was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-4 with two  RBI.
 In other pitching news, Ashwaubenon got a great performance from  Nick Smith as he  tossed five innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   three  hits.
 Back at the plate,  Eason Hurd and  Issac Malvitz did most of the damage at the plate:  Hurd  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4, while  Malvitz  scored three  runs while going 2-for-2.  Evan Jacobs was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4.
 Meanwhile, Green Bay Southwest was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. Their  tough  12-2 defeat to Pulaski  might stick with them for a while.
 Ashwaubenon's win bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Green Bay Southwest, their loss dropped their record down to 3-7.
