Dixie took a 24-point defeat the last time they faced off against Green Canyon, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Flyers slipped by the Wolves 59-58 on Saturday. The Flyers' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Dixie's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Asher Spence, who went 5-for-8 on his way to 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Collin Simmons, who posted 11 points and five assists.

Dixie's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Green Canyon, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Dixie will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Timpview at 7:00 p.m. on December 10. As for Green Canyon, they will head out to face off against Logan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
