Even though they lost, Community was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 325 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 184 rushing yards in four consecutive contests.
Thomas Adams had an outrageously good game for Lake Dallas as he threw for 341 yards and three touchdowns on only 16 passes, and also punched in a rushing score. Gavin Young also helped out as he racked up 142 receiving yards.
Community's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Lake Dallas, they pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.
