After a string of three wins, the Flinthills Mustangs's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 50-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Cedar Vale/Dexter. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Flinthills of the 41-24 defeat they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2023.
Despite the loss, Flinthills still got an impressive performance from Tate Leslie, who scored 23 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Leslie has scored all season. Charles Farris was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five rebounds.

Caldwell is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for Cedar Vale/Dexter, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Red Raiders at 7:30 p.m.
