The Corvallis Blue Devils's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their 14th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a serious blow against Browning, falling 68-36. Corvallis has struggled against Browning recently, as their game on Friday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Browning can attribute much of their success to Jerel White Grass, who dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Amari Calf Robe, who scored 11 points.
Corvallis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Browning, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Corvallis won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Polson at 7:30 p.m. on December 9th. Hopefully Polson focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 23 on Friday. Browning won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Butte Central Catholic.
