They took their contest on the road on Friday with ease, bagging a 48-0 victory over Young Men's Leadership Academy. The result was nothing new for Navarro, who have now won seven games by 20 points or more so far this season.
Antwoin Mebane continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 131 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. Mebane was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 68 yards. Gabriel Rangel got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Navarro is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Young Men's Leadership Academy, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Navarro is on the road again on Friday and play against Port Isabel. Port Isabel is coming into the contest hot, having won their last seven games. Young Men's Leadership Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
