CHASE will head out on the road to face off against the CenterPoint Christian Academy Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, CHASE was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 56-50 to FAITH HomeSchool. CHASE has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, CenterPoint Christian Academy strolled past New Life Christian Academy with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 64-45.
Jeremy Boillat was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 42 points and 12 steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Grayson Turvey, who scored 12 points along with four steals.
CHASE bumped their record down to 3-5 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. As for CenterPoint Christian Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season.
CHASE took their victory against CenterPoint Christian Academy in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 by a conclusive 80-59. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Boillat, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and 12 rebounds. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will CHASE still be able to contain him? There's only one way to find out.
