The Sonora Wildcats had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against McNair on Friday as Sonora made off with a 71-48 victory. The result was nothing new for Sonora, who have now won three contests by 20 points or more so far this season.
Sonora can attribute much of their success to Roger Edwards, who scored 17 points along with 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Another player making a difference was Jonathan Curran, who scored 9 points along with 7 assists.
Sonora's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for McNair, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.
Sonora will look to defend their home court on Monday against Lathrop at 7:15 p.m. McNair's road trip will continue as they head out to face Liberty Ranch at 12:00 p.m. on December 9th. Liberty Ranch is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.
