The Ledford Panthers are taking a road trip to challenge the Central Davidson Spartans at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Ledford is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.1 runs per game this season.

The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.6 runs over those games. As for Central Davidson, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-9.
Ledford came out on top in a nail-biter against Central Davidson when the teams last played back in March, sneaking past 5-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
