Buena (Sierra Vista, Ariz.) made its first ever win over Cienega (Vail, Ariz.) a memorable one as it came out on top 63-60, marking the third time Buena has scored over 60 points in a game this year.
In six games played, Buena is averaging 48 points a game on offense. However it is giving up 50 points a game on defense. Buena has allowed 65, 78 and 51 points in its three losses.

The two teams combined for 1,180 yards of offense, but Hammond Morton scored the winning touchdown with one second remaining on a 3-yard pass from

Adrian Williams-Rolston ran for five touchdowns and gained 388 yards to lift Western to the win. His effort offset the performance by Nelson County's
Jonathon Breeding, who completed 23 of 45 passes for 367 yards and two scores and also ran for 228 yards and four touchdowns. Breeding was No. 2 in the state in passing entering the contest with 1,717 yards through the air.
