Henry-Senachwine hadn't done well against Orion recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Mallards walked away with a 2-0 win over the Chargers. The victory was nothing new for the Mallards as they're now sitting on three straight.

Brooklynn Thompson paced Henry-Senachwine's offense, picking up nine kills. Thompson got some help from Brynna Anderson and her ten assists. Anderson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Henry-Senachwine's win bumped their record up to 25-4. As for Orion, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-13.

Henry-Senachwine wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Roanoke-Benson on the 13th. As for Orion, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Tremont on the 13th.
