Northwood's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 31 points in the first half. Meanwhile, Richwood couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 31-0 heading into the break. Northwood were outperformed in the second half 7-8 but had enough in reserve to walk away with the win. The matchup pushed Richwood down to 0-2 and pulled Northwood up to the reverse at 2-0.
Northwood will look to defend their home turf next week against Plain Dealing at 7:00 PM. Richwood will stay at home against Franklin Parish at 7:00 PM.
