Kalaheo won the last time they faced Waialua, and things went their way on Saturday, too. Kalaheo were fully in charge, breezing past Waialua 43-0. Kalaheo was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The win got Kalaheo back to even at 2-2. Waialua are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week, Kalaheo take on Pac-Five at Kailua at 6:00 PM. Waialua are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Roosevelt next week at 7:30 PM.
