Tabb and Hopewell squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Tabb had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Blue Devils by a score of 2-1. Tabb's defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Tabb's loss dropped their record down to 10-7-4. As for Hopewell, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-4-2.

Tabb does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hopewell, they will welcome William Monroe at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. William Monroe will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Hopewell surely won't give up without a fight.
