Vayante' Copeland added two as well as
Thurgood Marshall (Dayton, Ohio) beat Logan Elm (Circleville, Ohio) 67-22 on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Copeland in the first quarter, the Cougars led 47-9 at the half.
Both teams scored seven points in the third quarter, so the margin remained at 38 entering the fourth.
With the win Thurgood Marshall extended its winning streak to six games. TM defeated the Golden Panthers 47-6 last week.
Copeland stood out for the Dayton school in the win. The junior caught one touchdown.
The loss comes after Logan Elm defeated Amanda-Clearcreek 35-19 last week. The loss snapped the Braves' 2-game winning streak.
