Although Freehold Township took the loss, they still got scores from Gianpaul Cortes and Nick Carnevale.
Freehold Township's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Toms River North, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.
Freehold Township does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Toms River North will be playing at home against Washington Township at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Washington Township will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each game than the last.
