Helix took High Tech Mesa into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-17, 25-19, 23-25, 15-12.
Joseph Jenkins paced Helix's offense, picking up 18 kills. Jenkins got some help from Nicolas Reese and his 42 assists. Finally, Brody Mueller kept Helix's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.
