Narbonne (Harbor City, Calif.)'s advantage, which at one point stood at 9 points, dwindled to one before the final whistle blew on a 18-17 victory over
Mater Dei (Santa Ana, Calif.).

Troy Williams thew a touchdown to
Johnell Jackson with 1:00 to go in the third quarter, and never relinquished it.

The loss snapped Mater Dei's 4-game winning streak.
Williams played well for the Harbor City school in the victory. The senior quarterback threw two touchdowns. A member of the Top 25 Combo Quarterbacks, Williams has now scored seven touchdowns on the season.
Team played well for MD. He ran for one touchdown and kicked one field goal and two extra points.
The loss comes after Mater Dei defeated Edison 20-14 last week.
Narbonne (5-0) will play a Marine game against Carson next week, while Mater Dei (4-1) will take on JSerra Catholic in a Trinity game.
