Bozeman is a perfect 10-0 against Rutherford since May of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Bucks will head out on the road to face off against the Rams at 6:00 p.m. Bozeman's pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so Rutherford's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Bozeman's usually-dominant pitching crew will be looking to make up for Tuesday's struggle, when Mosley hitters got past them. The Bucks took a 10-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dolphins on Tuesday. The Bucks' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, Rutherford hadn't done well against Walton recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Rams won by a run and slipped past the Braves 2-1.

Tyler Harry made a big impact no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over seven innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Rutherford is 4-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 5-10 otherwise. Harry was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in March.

Harry wasn't the only one making solid contact as three players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Connor Ward, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Bozeman's defeat dropped their record down to 19-4. As for Rutherford, their record now sits at 9-11.

Bozeman took their victory against Rutherford in their previous matchup back in February by a conclusive 13-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bucks since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
