Knightstown had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They slipped by the Hagerstown Tigers 34-33. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.
Knightstown was led to victory by Jameson Crawford and Bryor Carmichael. Crawford gained 249 total yards and three touchdowns, while Carmichael threw for 380 yards and four TDs while picking up 13.1 yards per attempt. Crawford's longest reception was for an incredible 79 yards. Gage Broady was Carmichael's top target, picking up 111 receiving yards and one touchdown.
