Whitefish is a perfect 3-0 against Bigfork since September of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Vikings & Valkyries at 7:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
On Friday, Whitefish was fully in charge, breezing past Libby 48-21. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Loggers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Luke Dalen
| 10/17/25 @ Libby | 107 |
| 10/03/25 @ Polson | 87 |

| 09/12/25 @ Corvallis | 61 |
| 09/05/25 vs Hamilton | 47 |
Luke Dalen continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 107 yards and four TDs on only 14 carries, while also throwing for 190 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 77.8% of his passes. Those 107 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. 104 of Dalen's passing yards were hauled in by Vlad Shestak.
Whitefish didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Libby to a completion percentage of just 40%. The Bulldogs have been improving in that area: they had allowed a completion percentage of 0.59 earlier this season, but they've only allowed one of 0.59 in their last three games.
Whitefish didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Cooper Akey and Vance Schwaiger.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bigfork). They breezed past Ronan to the tune of 56-0 on Friday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Vikings & Valkyries with their most commanding win of the season.
Bigfork's win came from a few key players Whitefish will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Tamret Savik, who picked up 40 receiving yards and three scores. Another player making a difference was Cole Schmit, who threw for 61 yards and three touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes.
Whitefish's record is now 5-2. As for Bigfork, their record now sits at an identical 5-2.
Friday's contest might be decided on the ground. Whitefish has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 205.1 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Bigfork struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 150.7 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's game turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Whitefish skirted past Bigfork 24-21 in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
