Sophomore Ahmad Fitchett didn't have many carries in the previous game, but he had more touches this time and made them count as he ran for 179 yards and punched in one touchdown. Fitchett has been a consistent playmaker for Somerset Academy as this was the 5th good game in a row from him.
Pinecrest Prep's defeat dropped it to 0-5 while Somerset Academy's win brought it to 5-1. We'll find out on Friday if Pinecrest Prep can steal Somerset Academy's luck or if Somerset Academy records another victory instead.
