The Warner Christian Academy Eagles lost against the Halifax Academy Knights back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Warner Christian Academy took a serious blow against Halifax Academy, falling 71-34. Warner Christian Academy has not had much luck with Halifax Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Warner Christian Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Christian Nicholas and David Hardy. Nicholas scored 15 points, while Hardy scored 4 points. Nicholas scored a full 44.1% of Warner Christian Academy's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Warner Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Halifax Academy, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Warner Christian Academy will take on Florida School for the Deaf & Blind at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Halifax Academy is on the road again on Friday and play against University at 7:30 p.m. on December 8th. University is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
