Basketball Recap: Lockwood Piles Up the Points Against Hamilton

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lockwood). They claimed a resounding 69-29 victory over the Hamilton Broncs. The win was just business as usual for the LIONS, who after five games remain undefeated this season.

Lockwood's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Hamilton, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

After both having extra time off, Lockwood and Fergus will dust off their jerseys to take on one another on January 3, 2025. As for Hamilton, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Polson at 4:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. Hamilton is facing Polson at the right time seeing as Polson is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
