The Anderson Raptors had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victor by a 49-28 margin over Withrow. Anderson might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won 11 matchups by 20 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Anderson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Justice Burnam, who threw for 293 yards and five touchdowns while completing 87% of his passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Brodey Berg was another key contributor, gaining 240 total yards and two touchdowns.
The win (which was Anderson's tenth in a row) raised their record to 13-1. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 28.2 points. As for Withrow, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-2.
Anderson will face off against Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Washington has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 282 points over their last seven contests. Withrow does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
