A Season-Best Effort from Keaton Jones Leads Pendleton Heights over Yorktown
Keaton Jones produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Pendleton Heights to the win on Friday. Jones rushed for 235 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.4 yards per carry, and also picked up 35 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 78-yard run.
The win snapped Pendleton Heights' losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 3-5 record. Jones and Pendleton Heights will head out on the road to take on Shelbyville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
