Somerset Sky Pointe had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Bonanza on Monday. The Eagles put the hurt on the Bengals with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Bengals: they've now won six in a row.

Somerset Sky Pointe walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-20, 25-13.

Somerset Sky Pointe's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Bonanza, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-10.
