If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Marshfield. On Friday they will take on Logan-Rogersville at 7:00 PM. Marshfield are coming into the game hot, having won four in a row.
Marshfield put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season last Friday. They made easy work of Aurora and carried off a 41-18 win. Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Logan-Rogersville, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to eight. Logan-Rogersville didn't finish too far behind, but the team still lost 14-20 to Hollister.
Marshfield's victory lifted them to 6-2 while Logan-Rogersville's defeat dropped them down to 0-8. The Marshfield defense got after the quarterback against Aurora to the tune of four sacks, so Logan-Rogersville's offensive line better have put in some good practice this past week in preparation for the contest.
