Seaforth is a perfect 6-0 against North Moore since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Hawks will look to defend their home pitch against the Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

North Moore will take on a team with plenty of momentum: Seaforth extended their winning streak to nine on Friday. The Hawks' defense stepped up to hand Southern Lee a 5-0 shutout. Seaforth's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last four matches.

Meanwhile, North Moore came tearing into Friday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.7 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 9-0 margin over the Cavaliers. Given North Moore's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 224th, while Cummings are ranked 493rd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Seaforth pushed their record up to 12-2-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those five games. As for North Moore, their win bumped their record up to 10-2.

Seaforth took their victory against North Moore in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 9-0 score. Do the Hawks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Mustangs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
