The DuSable Panthers entered their tilt with the Instituto Health Sciences Phoenix with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. DuSable enjoyed a cozy 42-28 win over Instituto Health Sciences on Thursday.
Patrick Malone was his usual excellent self, scoring 25 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season.
DuSable pushed their record up to 6-3 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. As for Instituto Health Sciences, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
DuSable will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Horizon Science Academy-Southwest at 4:30 p.m. Horizon Science Academy-Southwest knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past four matches -- so hopefully DuSable likes a good challenge. As for Instituto Health Sciences, they will head out on the road to face off against Tilden at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Tilden focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 30 on Thursday.
