Gladstone found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 46-70 punch to the gut against Seaside on Friday. The state rankings had actually given Gladstone a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
The defeat dropped Gladstone's record to 1-2. The win bumped Seaside's record up to 3-0.
Next week Gladstone take on Estacada at 7:00 PM. Seaside will stay at home against Astoria at 7:00 PM.
