Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9. As for Burges, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record  this season.
 Jefferson has already played their next match,  a  3-0  loss against Chapin on the 19th. As for Burges, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  3-1  win against Canutillo on the 19th.
