Hammond is 8-2 against Augusta Christian since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Hammond Skyhawks will be playing at home against the Augusta Christian Lions at 6:15 p.m. Hammond will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak alive.

Meanwhile, Augusta Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 60-38 walloping at the hands of Heathwood Hall Episcopal. Augusta Christian has not had much luck with Heathwood Hall Episcopal recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Hammond's loss dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Augusta Christian, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-5.
Everything came up roses for Hammond against Augusta Christian when the teams last played back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 67-25 victory. Does Hammond have another victory up their sleeve, or will Augusta Christian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
