The Bloomfield Bobcats blew past the Kirtland Central Broncos 66-45. Leading Bloomfield to victory were  Xavier Abernathy and  Kaydin Nelson.  Abernathy  went 6-for-13  to rack up 14 points in addition to eight  boards and four  steals, while  Nelson  went 8-for-11  en route to 18  points and six  rebounds. Abernathy is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as he's  now  grabbed two or more in each of the last six games he's  played.  Paxton Morris was another key player,  putting up 12 points and five  rebounds.
 Bloomfield  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 12  offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  pulled down at least eight  offensive rebounds in 12 consecutive  contests.
Bloomfield's record is now 14-12. As for Kirtland Central,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 10-16.
