View Park and Locke are an even 3-3 against one another since October of 2015, but not for long. The View Park Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Locke Saints at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses dating back to last season for View Park and 13 for Locke dating back to last season.
Last Friday, View Park came up short against Rancho Dominguez and fell 15-8.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Locke, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 25-6 loss to Jordan on Friday.
The losses dropped both teams to an identical 0-8.
View Park was able to grind out a solid win over Locke in their previous matchup back in October of 2021, winning 34-26. The rematch might be a little tougher for View Park since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
