The Trinity Christian Academy Conquerors's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their tenth straight loss. They were beaten by West Nassau 57-26. Trinity Christian Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as West Nassau apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.
Abagail Bailey was her usual excellent self, scoring 20 points for West Nassau. Another player making a difference was Tru Armstrong, who scored 12 points.
Trinity Christian Academy bumped their record down to 1-10 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 16.0 points per game. As for West Nassau, their victory bumped their record up to 4-8.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Trinity Christian Academy will face off against Global Outreach Charter Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
