The Palm Beach Lakes Rams lost against the Boca Raton Bobcats back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Palm Beach Lakes took a hard 58-40 fall against Boca Raton. While losing is never fun, Palm Beach Lakes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 137th, while Boca Raton is ranked 24th).
Despite the loss, Palm Beach Lakes still got an impressive performance from Ezria Pierre-louis, who scored 18 points along with eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Zuri Miller-Whiteside, who scored eight points along with six rebounds.
Palm Beach Lakes now has a losing record at 8-9-1. As for Boca Raton, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 15-6.
Palm Beach Lakes the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Central at 7:00 p.m. on January 25th. Central is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Boca Raton, they will square off against Palm Beach Central at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
