Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tri-County North). They put the hurt on the Bradford Railroaders with a sharp 16-1 victory on Tuesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Panthers considering their two-run performance the matchup before.
Ben Knife spent all five innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up six Ks. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
