Caldwell Academy entered their tilt with Gaston Day on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They breezed past the Spartans to the tune of 97-66. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Caldwell Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Gaston Day, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 5-2 record.

Coming up, Caldwell Academy will face off against Wilson at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Gaston Day, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Covenant Day at 7:00 p.m. on December 2.
