St. Mark's had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. They fell to Tabor Academy 22-34. If St. Mark's were hoping to take revenge for the 14-32 defeat against Tabor Academy the last time the teams met, then they were left disappointed. This was the first contest for both squads, starting St. Mark's off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Tabor Academy a 1-0 record.
St. Mark's will look to defend their home turf next week against Roxbury Latin at 2:30 PM. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'. As for Tabor Academy, they will face off against St. Sebastian's School. Both teams seek to continue their momentum from their previous wins.
