Cascade put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Newport Cubs 14-3. This was payback for the Cougars, who suffered a 14-7 loss the last time these two teams met.
The team relied heavily on Amyah Miranda, who fired off two home runs, seven RBI, and three runs while going 3-for-3. Those seven RBI gave her a new career-high.
