The Pelion Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Batesburg-Leesville Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with seven consecutive losses for Pelion and three for the Panthers.
Last Friday, Pelion took a serious blow against the Rebels, falling 58-15. Pelion was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 41-8.
Meanwhile, Batesburg-Leesville ended up a good deal behind the Predators on Friday and lost 50-36.
Pelion has been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season. As for Batesburg-Leesville, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-17.
